Following terms and conditions are agreed between DroneZone, where head office is located at Brussels, Belgium, and registered as an enterprise and any person or entity who is making a purchase via the DroneZone website (ex: www.dronezone.be).
A. Purpose
These terms and conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between the buyer and DroneZone.be and conditions applicable to all purchases made through the merchant site DroneZone.be for any professional or consumer.
B. Characteristics of goods
The concerned products are those who are listed in the catalog published on the current site DroneZone.be. These products are available within the stocks limits. Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the supplier on the website. The pictures in the catalog are representing the product as accurately as possible but can not ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered.
C. Rates
The prices listed in the catalog are prices in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order; any rate change will be reflected in the price of products or services. DroneZone.be is able to change prices at any time, except that the prices contained in the catalog the day of the order will be the one applicable to the buyer. Prices do not include shipping cost and delivery.
D. Orders

In case of damage during transportation, complaint must be made to the carrier. The delivery cost for standard shipments are calculated based on package weight and destination. Delivery charges for priority items may vary depending on the destination. G. Return and Refund
You have a period of 7 working days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods. The returned product (s) must be new, unused and in their original box and packaging… perfectly intact. On receipt of a returned products, the products states ill be checked by our team. The refund will only be accepted if the product is received intact and in its original packaging.

All DroneZone site elements are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of DroneZone. Nobody is allowed to reproduce, use, repost, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site they are software, visual or sound.
J. Settlement of disputes
These online sales conditions are subject to Belgian law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Brussels.
