Delivery Details

DroneZone offers 3 different modes of delivery to match your requirements.

  • Free delivery

The products are delivered from Belgium to the world. The delivery cost is based on the items weights and the package destination, plus €1 packing and handling charges. For larger packages, a tracking number is available to track the package via partner sites.

Free delivery

Free delivery is available only for the following cases:

  • When you have a promotional coupon code offering free shipping.
  • If an order value exceeds a certain amount (website promotional offers).

Delivery times depend on the country of destination and may not exceed 10 days for the European Union countries

BPOST PRIOR delivery

Towards a country of the European Union: 3 working days after the departure date.
To another European country (non-EU): 4 working days after the departure date.
Rest of world: delivery times depend on the destination country


Order Status

You can check the status of your order in your account, which is created while filling your order.

Shipping Costs

The delivery costs are indicated in the details of your order available in your online account, and also indicated in the e-mail confirmation of your order.

My order has not yet delivered. Where can I find it?

When you submit your order, you receive a confirmation email.
If after a week we have not reacted and sent items of your order, please contact us!

Once we ship your order, you receive a shipment notification email.
For delivery in Europe, you should receive the parcel within 3-4 days maximum after shipment.
Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

If you have not received an email notice of shipping, you can still change your delivery address details online on our website. If you are unable to use it, please contact our customer service.

If your package is not arrived within the time specified above, please contact the responsible carrier for your parcel to learn more about its delivery. You can also check if your package has been successfully received by your neighbor or someone you know, in your absence. If these approaches do not allow you to retrieve your package, please contact us!
